Third time to this location, and every time it has been overwhelmed with customers which equals Lon lines and long wait times. Each time there has been a line of 20+ customers and only 1 cashier at a time so it's basically a cluster if you want to get out of there quick. I waited 10 minutes after my order was placed for someone to grab 13 bagels. That's all my order was. 13 bagels, no cream cheese, or anything else. I almost walked behind the counter to grab and bag my bagels to get me on the road faster. I was very upset. Panders has awesome bagels and other baked goods. I love their food but service has been lacking during my last few visits. :( I'll probably hit up the location in Midwest city more often.

Doesnt have crackers or wouldnt give me any and the place smells like poop when you walk in. I aksed 3 employees for crackers. Wont be going back. How are you going to eat chili or soup with out freaking crackers???? Will be going to every single other soup place besides panera because they have crackers.

Didn't even eat here because the smell walking in was soooo bad! We stood there for a moment and tried to let it fade, but it didn't. So we left.

Food: 4/5 Service: 1/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Decor & Style: 5/5 The food (like all Panera Bread's) is good across the board. I enjoy the soups, sandwiches, salad's, souffles, etc. This particular location has the worst service I have ever experienced at any Panera Bread. I come back every once in awhile because it is next to my home and I enjoy the food, but each time I come back i cringe hoping they get my order correct, or the wait isn't 30 minutes long. Here is a list why this place is so horrible: -4 out of 5 times they give me bread with my salad when I ask for an apple instead. -2 out of 4 times the salad is old. -3 out of 4 times the service is VERY slow at the drive thru. -1 time I found a fly in my salad, the manager gave me coupons for 2 free salads. -Freezing cold inside. Only reason I give it a 1/5 instead of 0/5 for service is because the employees are still rather nice, regardless of their bad service. I will keep coming back periodically only because I enjoy the food, and it is 1/2 mile from my place.

Stopped in at this Panera Bread for a coffee & a snack. I ordered a cappuccino & a breakfast sandwich. I asked if I could have another type of bread besides the ciabatta & she told me I could. I saw an oat bun in a photo right at the register & pointing at it, I asked if I could have that instead. She looks at it & says "yes I can give you that oat bun instead of the ciabatta". When I got my cappuccino & breakfast sandwich the coffee was watered down tasting with little foam & was barely drinkable. The sandwich was a total mess. The sausage patty tasted frozen/freezer burnt. The sandwich was dry, tasteless & was clearly made with sliced whole wheat bread, not the oat bun I pointed to in the pic at the register she told me I could have. WTH?! I tossed the sandwich in the trash & should have given her my watered down coffee to drink. She obviously needed it more than I. My first visit to a Panera Bread & it will be my last. Yuck :((

Really now Panera? I come in about 8:20pm, starving with a hunkering for done good ol Black Bean Bread Bowl soup (website said my all time favorite Baked Potato soup wasn't available). I walk in & was greater warmly then decided to see if maybe they had the Potato Soup available, which they did. Yahtzee!!! I was lifted into fat girl heaven until the cashier told me they were out of bread bowls since 3pm. *falling from heaven hard* I was upset & they were low on desserts in the display case as well. I could've cried, well maybe not. So I settled for my 2nd favorite which is the Bacon Turkey Bravo. Within 8 minutes my food comes out on a plate when it should've been for take out. Sooo I left crushed with a hint of annoyance. On the plus side I scored a free bag of chips with my baguette. My taste buds are doing a sway when they really wanna of an Irish jig on Baked Potato Soup in Sourdough Bread Bowl. Wahhh -__-

They have so many choices you never have to have the same thing & I've never had a bad meal here plus it's pretty healthy!

Service is always very friendly. The only mishap I have had was on my most recent visit when we ordered a large mac & cheese. She confirmed it was a large, but we got the small. Fortunately we were only charged for a small, but a bit frustrating since we were splitting it between our two kids, and she had verbally confirmed it before incorrectly entering it in. Oh well. For my meal, I ordered a You Pick Two with cream of chicken and wild rice soup and butternut squash ravioli. The soup was delicious as it usually is (though I never recommend saving it for another day as it seems to get very watery). I was pleasantly surprised by the butternut squash ravioli. I have been to some places that overstuff the ravioli so it winds up being too sweet. Panera made theirs with the perfect amount of butternut squash so it was a bit sweet, but not overly so. But the addition of the crispy onions on top was odd. It did not complement the ravioli in flavor at all, and I wound up just scraping it off to the side. I would definitely get more of the ravioli, though. I also ordered the signature hot chocolate. I'm not sure if the drink is just for the holidays, or if it is a new regular addition to their menu. As their site describes, it is "bittersweet chocolate flavored syrup mixed with foamed milk and topped with whipped cream, chocolate chip marshmallows and drizzled with salted caramel sauce." The presentation in the pictures makes it look like a delectable treat. I had to wait for a few minutes after I had already received my food before I got it. I was sitting down, enjoying my meal when it arrived...in a to-go cup. That seemed very odd to me considering everyone else dining in had their mugs of coffee or tea, or whatever they were drinking. I couldn't figure out why I had been given a to-go cup. I opened up the cup and instead of the lovely presentation, it just looked like a hot mess. If there was any whipped cream or salted caramel sauce, it was so little that it had already dissolved in the hot chocolate between it leaving the preparation area and arriving at my table. There was also only one marshmallow in it. In spite of that, it was very, very tasty and I would order it again. But considering it costs more than a basic hot chocolate, I do think it could use a little work. One thing I am always bummed about is that the bakery case is almost empty any time I arrive. What's left seems to be whatever everyone doesn't seem to want (as it's usually the same choices I see left behind). Whether it is midday, evening, weekend, or week day, it's never full and options are scarce. Maybe there are more options in the early morning when people tend to eat more of it all? Not sure. Not a huge deal, but sometimes I like to have just a little something sweet after my meal. Overall, I do love Panera, and I always appreciate the friendly workers at this location. It's also nice to go somewhere that has a lot of food options.

Great place for a salad. Lov the Cobb but no cheese. Great value for money. Ordered Classic Salad thinking it had chicken on it but it didn't and was going to pay for side of chicken but they just gave it to me free! Thx Panera!!. Will be back and have been back many times. Even crowded lunch times go fast!

Not bad! I used to go to the location on Meridian before they moved to this brand spankin' new building. I never loved that locaiton. I like this one. I opted for the drive thru and ordered a mozzarella and tomato panini and a shortbread cookie. The customer service gal that took my order was pleasant and when I pulled up to the window she smiled and was very nice. Big change from the previous location. When I got home my sandwich was perfect though I don't think they really use a panini press, but I could be wrong. The tomato was juicy and the flavors were really well balanced. The cookie was flaky and sweet and tastes like the shortbread cookies my grandma used to make. I will definitely be back.

I love this location firstly because it's close to my work and secondly because it has a drive-thru. I was so happy when Panera's started incorporating drive-thrus because their lines are always so long during the lunchtime rush. The line for the drive-thru can still be long but they get you through there pretty quick!

I've been to this location at least a dozen times. They consistently mess up the order in the drive through. I don't even customize the items... I've ordered everything as is and yet it still comes out wrong. Do yourself a favor and if you go through the drive through, take the time to unwrap and check everything you ordered very carefully. I will only be visiting again if I have time to actually go in and order. 2 stars cause the food is generally good when correct.

My experience with Panera Bread has always been mixed. This site has very friendly staff in the front of the house. However, I think the back of the house does a disservice to their brand. The last two times I have gone there for lunch the food quality has been very disappointing. I ordered the new Spinach salad last week and it didn't have a single piece of spinach in the salad and the romaine iceberg mix was brown in addition to it missing its namesake ingredient. Today I went back for lunch to have a pick 2 combo. I ordered a signature Panini and soup. The soup is great, but the Panini is ridiculously overpriced there could not be more than 3 oz's of beef on this sandwich and it costs nearly $11 for very little food. This will probably be my last time to eat lunch at Panera Bread.

This Panera is surrounded by many not so healthy restaurants. I like that I can get something healthy in the drive through. They have never messed up on my order. If I get a salad, they put the dressing in a small plastic container. They also have a rewards program and I have already received free stuff. YUM!

One of my favorites places! Their egg souffles are delicious and always so fresh. They have rotating soup specials and I am always wanting the sonoma chicken soup as a staple (think chicken pot pie in soup form). Don't forget to get your soup in a bread bowl - you won't regret it. Also, sandwiches usually come with chips, baguette, or an apple...lite chips are an option too! If you're craving something sweet, be sure to get an item from their pastry section, I prefer the chocolate chip muffies (just the top of the muffins - thank you!!!). Having an morning meeting at the office? I recommend bringing in a couple pastry rings - you won't disappoint as it comes with a variety of flavors like cherry/apple/cheese danishes. I also like their raisin bread! Really cannot go wrong here. As far a drinks, I like their iced green teas - just the perfect amount of sweetness. You can always call in orders over the phone if you're in a rush in the morning or lunch break. too. What are you waiting for? Go get some Panera today!

Never disappointed in the food and service! The bathroom and dining room needed attention though. I am very grateful that they were playing classical music and not pop.
